This apartment is located on the second floor without elevator, and is composed of: two bedrooms, one room with a double bed and air conditioning, another with a single bed WITHOUT air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a recently renovated comfortable bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. for two people, and a terrace.
There is no private parking in the building, however due to its location you do not need to use a car since it is less than 1 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and bars!
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation, if you fail to comply with this rule you will be penalized with 100 euros.
The building has green areas and a swimming pool that can be used all year round.
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside of these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check-in options.
