Comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed for 4 people , it has A/C in the living room, a kitchen integrated into the living room and a large living room with windows that open with views over the city and the sea. .
It is located just 5-6 minutes walk from the train station, and about 12 minutes walk down to the beach.
The pools will only remain open from June to September. Ask before booking the availability of the pool or the opening date of the pool.
Its location is excellent. The building in which it is located has a 24-hour reception.
It is important to note that the accommodation does not have private parking, but it does have street parking right in front of the building where you can always find parking.
The building has beautiful and extensive common green areas with swimming pools
In the area you get the commercial and recreational life of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel. Shops and restaurants of all styles within easy reach and close to Parque La Paloma and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Benalmadena.
It has several parking options nearby, bus and train stops just a 5-minute walk away.
SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED in this accommodation. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
