The best thing about this accommodation is it's the location, its urbanization is located near Parque la Paloma and the beach.
The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization called "Pueblo del Parque" located in the center of Benalmadena, very close to La Paloma Park and about 12 minutes walking to the beach.
It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the second with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen integrated into the living room where we find a sofa bed, and a pleasant and sunny terrace with views of the garden.
They will have access to the swimming pool and barbecue area of the urbanization, and they will be able to use the private Parking although it is recommended to use it for small cars.
The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check in.

It is a very spacious apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completely open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace integrated into the living-dining room. The building also has large common areas with many green zones and a swimming pool.
