The beach is less than 1 minute walk away and there are restaurants and a supermarket below the building.
This luxurious apartment has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a sofa and single bed. Likewise, this living room has access to a wonderful private terrace with good views where you can relax and enjoy the weather.
The accommodation has private parking which is a great advantage for parking due to its proximity to the sea.
In addition to being close to restaurants, supermarkets, the casino, you are directly on the main avenue of the coast along which buses pass and through which you can walk to the center of Arroyo de la Miel.
The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend that you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.

SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED in this accommodation. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
The apartment is very well connected, less than 2 minutes away you have the beach, nearby you have restaurants, supermarkets, the casino, and you are directly on the main avenue of the coast along which buses pass and through which you can walk to the honey creek center.
Due to community rules, loud noises cannot be made from 11pm to 9am.
