The accommodation is located in Benalmadena Costa del Sol. It is a spacious apartment with one bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom with shower and a toilet, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a beautiful, sunny enclosed terrace.
The apartment has a fan in the bedroom and air conditioning in the living room.
The swimming pool is open in summer from June to September, please depending on the date of your trip we recommend checking in advance to confirm that it is open on your dates.
You will have access to the common areas of the building, gardens and the communal swimming pool.
We are always available for our guests.
The apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants and about 12 minutes walking from Arroyo de la Miel train station, very close to the entire leisure area of Benalmadena.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in this accommodation. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
