The first bedroom has a double bed 160x200, and the second two single beds of 90x 200 each, a renovated bathroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed from which you can access a large L-shaped terrace with 180-degree panoramic views, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and the view of the Sierra Nevada, Africa and Gibraltar, on clear days, on the terrace you will also find a dining area with a sea view, the kitchen with all the necessary utensils such as: microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher, and finally you will also find a lounge area with a beautiful sofa.
The apartment also has high-speed WIFI, HBO, English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, and other international channels.
The apartment is located in a building just 2-3 minutes' walk from the sea in Benalmadena Costa, near supermarkets, restaurants, but also near Arroyo de la Miel.
You could have access to the building's pool and beautiful green areas all year round.

It is important to note that the apartment HAS private parking, which is very important in this area so close to the beach, it is a covered garage that is about 2-3 minutes' walk from the building.
Descending 2 or 3 minutes you will find the beach, bus stops, all the restaurants in the area, Puerto Marina, and supermarkets, and if you want to go to the centre (approximately 8 minutes' walk) you will find the train station (total 12-15 minutes' walk), where you could take the Train to Malaga, Fuengirola or Torremolinos.
The check-in time is from 15.00 to 20.00, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
The pool is closed from 01/10/2024 by order of the Junta de Andalucía, please ask before booking if the pool will be operational during your visit.
