This spacious apartment features a living-dining room, a comfortable terrace with views of the community gardens and swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area and dining table, one bedroom with two single beds, two bedrooms with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a total of 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub.
The house has high-speed wifi + Netflix + Amazon Prime + flat-screen television, central air conditioning, parking space.
Laptop-friendly - The property has a desk for teleworking.
Guests can use the gardens, gym, sauna, spa, outdoor pool (open only in summer), and indoor heated pool and jacuzzi (open only in winter).
The outdoor pool is open from June 15th to September 15th. The indoor pool is open from October 16th to June 14th (currently closed by order of the Benalmádena City Council), we recommend checking the opening date before booking.
