Cozy and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment just 6 minutes walking from the beach.
The accommodation is located in Benalmadena Costa del Sol, less than 6 minutes walking from the beach and close to Arroyo de la Miel centre. It is a very spacious apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completely open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with sofa bed for 1 person and a beautiful very sunny terrace.
The building also has large common areas with many green zones and a swimming pool.
You will have access to the building's common areas, gardens and communal swimming pool.
We are always available for our guests.
No car is necessary to rent this property, as it is just a few minutes walking from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and very close to Puerto Marina and all the leisure area of Benalmádena.
The pool will be open from 15 June to 15 September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00, if you arrive outside of this time please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in this accommodation. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
