Bright and spacious apartment located in the Jardines del Gamonal complex in Arroyo de la Miel.
The apartment is very spacious and bright, featuring a comfortable bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds, with built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, and a kitchen separated from the living room with all the necessary equipment for your stay.
In the living-dining room, we have a comfortable sofa bed, television, dining area and access to the terrace with clear views.
It has WIFI and air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room.
The Residential Complex has green common areas and 2 swimming pools to enjoy during the summer.
The pool will be open from June 15th to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm it is open during your dates.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside this time please let us know when making the reservation to inform you about late check-in options.
According to community rules, loud noises are not allowed from 11 PM to 9 AM.
Smoking is PROHIBITED in this accommodation, and violation of this rule will result in a €100 penalty.
According to the Provision of the Andalusian Board published on Monday, October 30th, 2023 - BOJA number 208, please note that the pool in your apartment may undergo modifications in schedule or use during this period. If you have any doubts, please consult our company.
