This comfortable apartment has a room with a double bed, TV and access to the terrace, two bedrooms with a single bed with view over the gardens and golf, one bathroom, a modern living room-kitchen, and a pleasant terrace.
The accommodation has A/C in the living room and fan in the bedrooms.
It is located in front of Yucas Beach and very close to Las Viborillas beach.
It has high-speed WIFI and a private parking space.
The pool will only remain open during the summer season, from June to September, however, depending on the date of your trip, we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
You can enjoy the pool with sea views, the tennis courts.
Less than 1 minute walk from the building there is a bus stop, or you can also move by car since the accommodation has private parking.
It is very close to several bars and restaurants and beaches in the area, however to get to know the city better we recommend having a car or alternatively using public transport (bus) to get around the city.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation, if you fail to comply with this rule you will be penalized with 100 euros.
The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check-in options.
