Spacious 1-bedroom apartment just 5 minutes walking from the beach. The accommodation is located in Benalmadena Costa del Sol, less than 5 minutes walking from the beach. It is a very spacious apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completely open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace integrated into the living-dining room. The building also has large common areas with many green zones and a swimming pool. The pool is open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open during your dates. You will have access to the building's common areas, gardens and community swimming pool. We are always available for our guests. No car is necessary to rent this property, as it is just a few minutes walking from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and very close to Puerto Marina and all the leisure area of Benalmadena. Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00, if you arrive outside of this time please let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
