The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a terrace and a wide living room with a sofa bed, from the living room and bedroom you can access its wide terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape and sea views, it also has two spacious bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a laundry room.
Likewise, it has air conditioning and central heating and high-speed WiFi.
It is located in a closed urbanisation, with a swimming pool with sea views, it has a spa area with sauna and heated pool, an exercise and yoga room and a fully equipped gym.
The pools are open from June to September.
The building has a lift for the greater comfort of guests.
The floor has two parking spaces.

The Stupa Hills Residential Complex is a very quiet family residential area, nearby we can find the butterfly house and the Benalmadena Stupa. Equally, just 08 minutes by car you can enjoy beaches with all services, sunbeds, showers, beach bars and a very interesting gastronomic offer.

This is a quiet residential community. Respect our neighbours by being silent in common areas, especially at night, and do not make any loud noise inside the apartment between 10 pm and 8 am.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, in case of non-compliance with this rule a fine of 100€ may be applied.
Check-in hours are from 16:00 to 20:00, if you arrive outside these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
According to the Provision of the Andalusian Board published on Monday, October 30, 2023 - BOJA number 208, please note that the pool in your apartment may have modifications in schedule or use during this period. If you have any doubts, consult our company.
