The penthouse features: a first floor with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with double bed, and an entertainment lounge with poufs, a projector for watching movies, and a bunk bed with two single beds, preferably for children (this entire floor has centralised air conditioning).
On the upper floor we have a spacious living room with windows overlooking the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large bathtub, and a spectacular terrace with city views, a large covered dining area, a fully equipped second kitchen and a barbecue area. (It has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room)
The swimming pool will be open in summer from June to September. Please consult us before booking about the pool opening dates.
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time please notify us when making the reservation to inform you about late check-in options.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, and a €100 fine will be applied in case of non-compliance with this rule.
According to the Provision of the Andalusian Board published on Monday, October 30, 2023 - BOJA number 208, please note that the pool in your apartment may undergo modifications in schedule or use during this period. If you have any doubts, please consult our company.
