It is located 15 minutes walk from the Carihuela beach, in a beautiful urbanization with a swimming pool and tennis court.
It has 3 bedrooms, perfect for 6 people, it has air conditioning in the living room, a large kitchen and a terrace to enjoy in company, it also has high-speed WIFI (100 Megabytes) and also a parking space.
We also have a 49" TV in the living room and a collection of movies for adults and children.
The apartment is located close to all services, it has a Supersol supermarket just 1 minute away, the Dia Maxi supermarket just 3 minutes walk away.
You also have bars right next to it for a drink or lunch/dinner.
You can enjoy the pool, large green areas, tennis court. The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
Other notable aspects:
The apartment has its own parking. However, if you are looking to move by train, the El Pinillo station is only a 9-minute walk from the apartment.
In this Accommodation it is strictly PROHIBITED SMOKING. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check-in options.
