The accommodation is an apartment with 1 bedroom, which has beautiful views, a kitchen-living-dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a small terrace with a frontal view of the sea.
The building also has swimming pools facing the sea, a direct pedestrian exit to the beach, and nearby you will find several restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
You do not need a car to stay in this accommodation, however there are several parking options in the area, inside the building we have community parking but in summer it is usually more difficult to park within the complex.
Regarding community parking, if you decide to use it and find a space available, it is important that you take the following into consideration: you must put the car in the space next to the garage door before pressing the remote control, it is also very important that you never enter or If you leave behind another car, you always have to use your remote control to enter or exit, otherwise the reception can block your remote control and unlocking it can cost €100
