The best thing about this studio is its location, it is a few minutes walk from the Benalmádena promenade and very close to Puerto Marina. You can enjoy a wide range of leisure and restaurants without having to take the car.
The studio has two separate rooms for greater privacy for guests, with a double bed, wardrobe, a sofa bed in the living room and kitchen, small dining room and a bathroom. Ideal for your vacation, since a 2-minute walk away you will find the Arroyo de la miel beach, all the restaurants and shops of Benalmadena Costa, you also have La Paloma Park and Puerto Marina nearby.
It is important to note that to stay in this studio it is not necessary to have a car, and since it is so close to the sea it is also in an area with difficult parking.
The apartment is very well connected with bus stops very close.
The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.

Bright and spacious studio for 2 in the Minerva building with the best swimming pools This comfortable studio features a spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment, a comfortable fully renovated bathroom, and in the living-bedroom area, it has a double bed and a sofa bed, a dining table and a pleasant terrace with lovely views. The apartment is located in a family-friendly urbanisation in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, close to the train station, La Paloma park, the beach, supermarkets and bars. Within the urbanisation, you can enjoy the best swimming pools in Benalmadena during summer months (from June to September, please check availability beforehand), with slides and extensive green areas.
