This beautiful studio has an unbeatable location, 1 minute from the beach and less than 5 minutes walking to Puerto Marina.
It is a comfortable studio for 2 people, with a double bed and sofa bed, very bright.
Just minutes walking from the supermarket, shops and a wide range of restaurants.
The apartment is located less than 50 m from the beach, going down the street you have a direct private path to the beach, and a square full of restaurants of different nationalities.
The layout of the apartment is very comfortable, it has a small bedroom and a sofa bed.
The pool will only remain open during the summer season, from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend consulting beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.

The accommodation is very well connected with public transport, the bus passes through the entire avenue and the train station is about 15 minutes walking.
In this accommodation, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
The check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00, if you arrive outside of this time, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your late check-in options.
