This beautiful studio apartment has an unbeatable location, 1 minute from the beach and less than 5 minutes walking to Puerto Marina.
It is a comfortable studio for 4 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed, very bright.
Just a few minutes walk from the supermarket, shops and a wide range of restaurants.
The apartment is located less than 50 m from the beach, going down the street you have a direct private path to the beach, and a square full of restaurants of different nationalities.
The layout of the apartment is very comfortable, it has a bedroom and a sofa bed.
The pool will only remain open during the summer season, from June to September, however, depending on the date of your trip, we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.

The accommodation is very well connected with public transport, the bus goes through the entire avenue and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away.
