The third floor is the basement and is made up of a washer-dryer area for guest use.
The pool area is totally private, and is made up of a large pool, chill out and dining area, and an outdoor shower.
The house has high-speed WIFI in all its rooms, all the rooms and living room of the house have centralized air conditioning with Airzone, being able to control the temperature from all the rooms in the house.
It also has 2 parking spaces.
We are always available for our guests.
They can move on foot or by car. But for this house you don't need a car, the beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, as are the best restaurants in the area, there are supermarkets nearby, nightlife, etc.

During the winter you can contract with us the heated pool service for €25 per day.
The check in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check-in options.
