The villa has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and a third room that is located in an annex inside the villa, with a sofa bed, and a bunk bed with a single bed and a double bed. It also has two bathrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower (it is important to note that it is a small shower), a large living room, a large outdoor dining area, swimming pool, barbecue, and a terrace area with a pool table and a terrace with spectacular views of the city and the sea.
The villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beach, but due to its location and inclination it is always recommended to rent a car to stay at this property.
It has high speed wifi.
Our check-in time is from 4-00pm to 8-00pm, if your arrival time is outside of these hours, contact us in advance to find out your check-in possibilities.
OTHER NOTABLE ASPECTS:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If you fail to comply with this rule, a fine of €100 may be applied.
