The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with private terrace, 1 room with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, the bedrooms on this second floor share two bathrooms, consisting of a common washbasin area, and two shower bathroom areas each separated by its respective door.
The third floor is the basement and is composed of a living-game room for guest use and the parking area.
The pool area is completely private, and is composed of a large pool, chill-out zone and dining area, Argentine barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The house has high-speed WIFI in all its rooms, all bedrooms and living room have centralized air conditioning.
