Comfortable apartment located in the center of Arroyo de la miel.
The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen separated from the living room with all the necessary equipment for your stay.
In the living-dining room, we have a comfortable sofa bed, television, and access to the terrace that has partial views of a park and the sea.
The pool will be open from June to September, however depending on the date of your trip we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.
The Residential Complex has 20,000 m2 of green common areas, and swimming pools to enjoy the summer.
Within the urbanization you can also enjoy the summer days (from June to September, please ask for availability beforehand).

Arroyo de la Miel, is an urban nucleus located in the municipality of Benalmádena.
The beach of Arroyo de la Miel - Los Melilleros is located between the beaches of Santa Ana and Arroyo de la Miel, divided into two areas by a rock.
It has an extension of 600 meters in length and about 40 meters in average width. Due to its central position, it is highly popular among locals and tourists, who fill this beach with brightly colored towels and umbrellas.
The accommodation is very well located for public transport, less than five minutes away you have buses and the Renfe train station that can take you to Fuengirola, Torremolinos and the surroundings of Benalmádena.
The apartment is also located in a family urbanization in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, near the train station, La Paloma Park, the beach and supermarkets and bars.
In this accommodation it is strictly forbidden to smoke. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of €100 will be applied.
